Honda K20 electric Waterpump kit

Description

This is our Honda K20 electric waterpump kit that we developed for our own engine as current ones on the market were not suitable for our application as we have very little engine bay space We wanted to design a more compact offering than existing kits but also have the provision to have multiple sensors installed, This has enabled us to run water temperature and pressure sensors without any extra pipework with M10x1 and 1/8 npt threads Our kit is the only one on the market that has sensor provisions It took us a while to choose the correct alternator for the application as we wanted to design a strong mounting solution. We use a 90 amp alternator for our kits,We do not use the standard K20 alternator as fitted to the k20a2 engine as it is too big and bulky.   This waterpump kit has been designed around using the pierburg cwa 200/400 waterpumps as these have a larger inlet It features a full bore water flow with a radiused blend at the engine side ensuring a smooth transition The breather port is 3/8 Npt to enable a wide range of adaptors to fit any installation O ringed sealed to the block for a water tight connection   This is an ideal kit for kswap conversions as it doesnt need alot of space The kit will run without a thermostat If you want to run a heater hose output it has to be connected in between the waterplate and electric waterpump *Please note* The water temperature and pressure sensors do not come with the kit, the were bought seperately from KA Sensors in the uk It is using a standard Npt1 temperature sensor The coolant pressure sensor is an Asl   Parts included:- Waterplate Alternator pulley Alternator belt Alternator adjuster All bolts The only extras needed are:- Alternator - K20 one is too big - Information is supplied upon purchase Pierburg cwa waterpump Ecu controlled Pwm output or tecomotive controller

45% duty = 4amps We have tweaked our water setup so we estimate the maximum pump speed could be 50-60%now Water temperature averages 85-90℃ * depending on size of rad used The testing of this has been using a full size rad The crankshaft pulley used was RRC type,usually found on the FD2 civic - 13810-RRC-003 There are a few different crankshaft pulleys available for these engines
